At BH Impact Assessment Services we believe that a successful Corporate Social Investment initiative combines and aligns the following four factors:
1 – Strategic alignment
There has been a shift in the way corporates approach their CSI initiatives. In the past, CSI fell into a charitable sphere, while business objects fell into the business or strategic spheres. By aligning CSI with business objectives not only improves Return On Investment (ROI), but long-term sustainable development is made possible for partners and beneficiaries.
2 – CSI programme design
The success of any CSI programme for business depends largely on how well the programme is designed. CSI programme design establishes synergy between indictors, benchmarks and targets that need to be reached.
3 – CSI programme delivery
Programme delivery aims to obtain the goals for each indicator set out in the programme design phase. This phase takes into account, when, how and by whom the programme will be run to ensure success.
4 – CSI programme impact measurement
While many companies invest millions in their CSI initiatives, not many can successfully measure the Return on Investment (ROI) they generate from these programmes. Monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment determines whether the benchmarks, indicators and goals have been met and whether the proccesses of the programme are aiding in reaching the programme goals.
We’ve developed four CSI packages that include some or all of these CSI development essentials. Click through to our services section to view the different packages
